Terms of Service

By accessing or using Icefuse Networks services ("Services"), including our websites, game servers, forums, and online store, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you don't agree, you're free to go play Minecraft... we won't judge. Much.

These Terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered users, and paying customers. We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms. We'll try to notify you of significant changes, but checking this page occasionally wouldn't hurt.

To access certain features, you'll need to create an account. You may authenticate via Steam, Discord, or other supported providers. When you create an account:

• You're responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You agree to provide accurate information (no, "XxLegendSniper420xX" is not your legal name)
• You're responsible for all activities under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• One account per person, please. We're not running a farm here.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or just generally make the community worse. Account sharing is prohibited and may result in both accounts being terminated.

When you make a purchase through our store, you agree to pay all applicable fees and taxes. All prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout.

Virtual Items & In-Game Content

• Virtual items are licensed, not sold. You don't own them, you're renting them. Like an apartment, but for pixels.
• Virtual items have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash
• We reserve the right to modify, adjust, or remove virtual items at any time
• Items are non-transferable unless explicitly stated otherwise

Subscriptions

Some services are offered on a subscription basis. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can manage your subscription in your account settings. We'll send a reminder before renewal, because surprises are only fun at birthday parties.

Don't be a jerk. Seriously, that's the core of it. But since lawyers need specifics, here's what you cannot do:

• Harass, bully, threaten, or intimidate other users
• Use hate speech, slurs, or discriminatory language
• Share or distribute illegal content
• Cheat, hack, exploit bugs, or use unauthorized third-party software
• Impersonate staff, other users, or entities
• Spam, scam, or engage in phishing
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Distribute malware or malicious links
• Sell, trade, or transfer your account
• Do anything that would make your grandmother disappointed in you

Violations may result in warnings, temporary bans, permanent bans, or in severe cases, reporting to appropriate authorities. We don't have a "three strikes" policy - if you do something bad enough, you're out. First time.

Our game servers are provided for your entertainment. We do our best to keep them running smoothly, but we can't guarantee 100% uptime. Servers may be down for maintenance, updates, or because someone tripped over a cable (kidding... mostly).

• Server rules are posted in-game and on Discord. Follow them.
• Staff decisions are final. Arguing in public chat won't help your case.
• We may modify, wipe, or shut down servers at any time
• Progress, items, and data may be lost due to technical issues
• Custom content is provided "as is" and may have bugs

We're not responsible for any in-game losses, whether from server issues, other players, or your own questionable decisions (like trusting that guy who said he'd return your items).

All content on Icefuse Networks, including but not limited to logos, designs, text, graphics, custom game content, and software, is owned by Icefuse Networks or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our explicit permission.

Content you create and share on our platforms (forum posts, screenshots, videos) remains yours, but you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute it in connection with our Services. Basically, if you post a sick clip on our Discord, we might share it. You'll get credit.

Third-party trademarks (like Valve, Facepunch, etc.) belong to their respective owners. We're fans, not owners.

Our Services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We don't guarantee that our Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. If something breaks, we'll try to fix it, but no promises.

Translation: If something goes wrong, we'll try to make it right, but we can't be held responsible for everything. Use our services at your own risk, just like eating gas station sushi.

If you have a dispute with us, please contact us first. We genuinely want to resolve issues without lawyers getting involved (they're expensive, and we'd rather spend that money on server upgrades).

Any disputes that can't be resolved informally shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Icefuse Networks operates, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

You agree that any legal action or proceeding shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in our jurisdiction, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue our Services at any time, with or without notice. We may also modify these Terms at any time. Changes become effective when posted.

We may terminate or suspend your access to our Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately.

Sections that should survive termination (like Intellectual Property, Limitation of Liability, and Disputes) will survive. Even after you leave, some rules still apply.
