Refund Policy

Before you buy, please read this carefully. We have a strict no-refund policy for digital goods. We know, we know - but hear us out.

The Bottom Line: All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of digital goods and virtual items, all purchases are final and non-refundable. Once a digital item is delivered to your account, it cannot be "returned" like a physical product. We encourage you to carefully review your purchase before completing checkout. This isn't us being mean - it's just how digital goods work.

1. Why We Have This Policy

We know a strict refund policy might seem harsh, but there are good reasons:

  • Digital goods can't be returned: Unlike a physical product, we can't take back a VIP rank or in-game currency once it's been delivered. It's like trying to un-eat a pizza.
  • Instant delivery: Most purchases are delivered immediately to your account. The moment you click "Buy," the item is yours.
  • Abuse prevention: Unfortunately, some people try to abuse refund policies - using items, then requesting refunds. This hurts everyone.
  • Fair to everyone: Allowing refunds on digital goods would mean raising prices for everyone to cover losses. Nobody wants that.

We're not trying to trap you. We just need to protect our servers and community from abuse while keeping prices fair for everyone.

2. What Is NOT Refundable

The following are explicitly non-refundable, no exceptions:

VIP/Premium Ranks- Once activated, rank perks are immediately accessible
In-Game Currency- Virtual currency is delivered instantly and may already be spent
Cosmetic Items- Skins, models, and visual items are non-returnable
Subscription Time- Active subscription periods cannot be refunded
Gift Cards (Redeemed)- Once a gift card is redeemed, it cannot be refunded
Bundles/Packages- Even if you only wanted one item from the bundle
"Buyer's Remorse"- Changed your mind? Sorry, but that's not grounds for a refund
Price Changes- We won't refund the difference if prices drop after your purchase

3. Extreme Circumstances (The Exceptions)

While our policy is strict, we're not robots. In extreme circumstances that are genuinely out of your control, we may consider a refund at our sole discretion. These are rare and evaluated case-by-case.

Situations We May Consider:

    Technical Issues on Our End

    If our systems broke and your items were never delivered, and we can't fix it.

    Duplicate Charges

    If you were accidentally charged multiple times for the same item.

  • 🔒
    Unauthorized Transactions

    If someone accessed your account without permission and made purchases (with proof).

Important: Even in these cases, refunds are at our complete discretion. We will investigate each request thoroughly. Attempting to deceive us or abuse this policy will result in denial and potential account action.

4. What We Definitely Won't Refund For

To be crystal clear, the following are NOT valid reasons for a refund:

  • "I didn't know what I was buying" - Read the description next time
  • "I don't play on this server anymore" - That's on you, friend
  • "My friend bought this on my account" - Secure your account
  • "I got banned" - Definitely not getting a refund for that one
  • "The item isn't as cool as I thought" - Beauty is subjective
  • "I found it cheaper elsewhere" - Should've shopped around first
  • "My computer broke" - Sorry, but that's not our problem
  • "I need the money for something else now" - Plan your budget better
  • "The game updated and changed things" - We don't control game developers
  • "I just want a refund" - That's... not how this works

5. A Word About Chargebacks

Do not file a chargeback with your bank or payment provider.

Filing a fraudulent chargeback (claiming you didn't make a purchase when you did) is considered fraud. We will contest all chargebacks and provide evidence of the transaction and delivery.

If you file a chargeback:

  • Your account will be immediately suspended
  • All associated accounts may also be suspended
  • You will be permanently banned from all Icefuse services
  • We may pursue legal action for fraud in serious cases
  • You will be blacklisted from future purchases

If you have a legitimate issue, contact us first. We're reasonable people. Chargebacks should be an absolute last resort for actual fraud, not a way to get free stuff.

6. Subscriptions

Subscriptions have some specific rules:

  • No prorated refunds: If you cancel mid-cycle, you won't get a partial refund for unused time.
  • Cancel anytime: You can cancel your subscription before the next billing cycle to avoid future charges.
  • Access continues: After canceling, you keep access until the end of your paid period.
  • Auto-renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically. It's your responsibility to cancel before renewal if you don't want to continue.

We send renewal reminders before charging. If you miss them and get charged, that's still not grounds for a refund (but maybe check your email more often).

TL;DR Summary

  • All digital purchases are final - no refunds
  • Extreme circumstances (our fault, duplicate charges, unauthorized access) may be considered
  • Buyer's remorse, bans, and "I changed my mind" are not valid reasons
  • Filing a fraudulent chargeback = permanent ban
  • Contact support if you have a legitimate issue - we're reasonable
  • When in doubt, ask before you buy
